• Birth Certificate or report card is required for each child receiving supplies at the time of pick-up or delivery. Government ID matching Parent or Guardian listed on registration form is required at time of pick up or delivery.

• Supplies will either be delivered or require pickup depending on your location ( You will be contacted by 7/23/19  to confirm those details).

• We will only be providing supplies in the Pine Hills/Orlo Vista Areas.

      * While we would love to be able to fulfill every request we receive,           Estah Outreach Ministries is a donation based non-profit and                   unfortunately won't be able to fulfill ever request. If you don't                 receive a call from us by  7/23/19 we unfortunately were not able             to fulfill your request.
